"Extra" superimposed the shirtless host into a "New Moon" promo shot. Check out behind-the-scenes footage of Lopez. Lopez fits right in with Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier. In a sit-down interview with "Extra," Pelletier -- who is nicknamed "Slater Jr." -- joked to Lopez that, "when we were casting this thing I thought I was gonna lose my role out to you." Added Meraz, "You're the missing wolf pack member!" Taylor Lautner says it's "definitely a possibility" that Lopez could join the pack. Stewart was more sure. "You totally could be," she said. "We'll get you in there," Spencer promised. Check out the video hereSource |

Because You Needed More Brad and Angie In Your Life LONDON — There’s a new designer duo in the jewelry world: none other than Brangelina. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are breaking into high-end jewelry design with Asprey via a capsule collection of gold jewelry and silver accessories called The Protector — and inspired by the snake.
The limited edition collection, which was conceived and designed by Pitt and Jolie, has been in the works for more than a year, and will go on sale at Asprey stores in London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and Dubai later this week, according to Asprey officials.
Prices start at $525 for a silver baby spoon with a curving, serpent-shaped handle, and all net proceeds from sales will go to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which was cofounded by Jolie in 2006. The charity raises awareness and funds to educate child victims of war, conflict and natural disasters. ( More, Including Pictures of the Collection ) |

Lock of Elvis' hair sold for £1,055 A strand of hair from Elvis Presley, saved by his personal barber, has raised £1,055 at auction.Homer Gill Gilleland toured with Elvis for more than 20 years. He dyed the singer's hair black and then cut it, saving strands in a towel. Friends of Mr Gilleland said he would then bundle up the towel, with hair inside, and take it home in a bag.The piece of hair had been expected to fetch up to £250 at Saturday's auction in Devizes, Wiltshire. A fter Elvis's death in 1977, Mr Gilleland is said to have started selling strands of the hair in a souvenir shop on the street opposite the singer's home Graceland in Memphis in the US. The strand which was auctioned was given to Thomas B Morgan Jnr in 2002 by the barber. Mr Morgan worked in the Sheriff's Office of Shelby County and knew Elvis. The hair, which comes with a certificate of authenticity, is mounted in a frame alongside a photograph of Elvis. It was auctioned at Henry Aldridge and Son in Devizes. In November 2002, a strand of Elvis's hair sold for 115,000 US dollars (about £70,000) in an internet auction. SauceWould you buy a lock of hair from your favourite dead celeb, ONTD, or is that just too creepy? Current Mood: confusedCurrent Music: "Visions" by Maisie |

Oh my god Lindsay Lohan's father has been accused of hunting out strippers who look like his famous daughter.Despite Michael Lohan's denials, Elliot Osher, a former owner of New York's most famous strip club Scores, insists the troubled dad made the bizarre request when he visited. The weird request, which Osher did not give a date for, is part of a book he plans to write about many of the celeb visitors to the sexy hot spot. "Lindsay Lohan's father once sat down and described the kind of dancer he was looking for," Osher insisted. "We sent some girls over. Funny, they all seemed to look like Lindsay. "We ended up having to show him to the door." Michael Lohan admits getting into an "altercation" at Scores, but insisted: "No girls danced for me. "The last thing I'd want to see is a girl who looked like Lindsay. I don't even look at the magazines where she's done some risque photos." But Osher insisted: "Maybe he just doesn't remember." Osher worked at Scores for 18 years, starting out as a bouncer. Among the anecdotes in his planned book he claims Madonna stiffed the staff, Bill Gates left a $3,500 tip, Bernie Madoff "wanted a private room" and Russell Crowe "almost got in a fight with an Irish waiter". We hear Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys, Tom Petty, film director Cameron Crowe and Ann & Nancy Wilson (of Heart) talking about their first-hand experience of The Beatles’ phenomenal 1964 breakthrough in the United States. Dave Grohl, Mark Ronson and Slash discuss the enduring influence of albums such as Rubber Soul, Revolver and Abbey Road. Part Two: Ask Me Why The interviewees focus on the various elements within the group that combined to make The Beatles so musically powerful: their strengths as performers - both instrumentally and vocally - plus the brilliance of John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison as songwriters. Part Three: The Beatles On The Record We hear how The Beatles’ music was captured on record with the help of innovative arrangements and adventurous production by George Martin. Some of today’s leading record producers - Peter Asher, Joe Boyd, T-Bone Burnett, Jeff Lynne, Mark Ronson and Rick Rubin - marvel at the dazzling creativity evident in recordings made more than 40 years ago. Interview with Laura from her hometown paper Stanford waitress does Ky. proud on 'Top Model'Laura Kirkpatrick is a finalist on CW showBy Mary Meehan On Wednesday night's episode of America's Next Top Model, finalist Laura Kirkpatrick channels Pele, the Hawaiian goddess of volcanoes. A waitress from Stanford (population 3,399) is making Kentucky proud as one of four finalists on America's Next Top Model. Laura Kirkpatrick, 19, made an immediate impression during casting for The CW's hit reality competition by describing in some detail how to castrate a bull (squeeze, twist and slash). She has gone on to produce consistently good photos on the fashion modeling contest and showcase her Southern charm. The judges, including show creator Tyra Banks, sometimes seem a little surprised at the sophistication of the blonde beauty with a truly country twang. This in spite of the fact that another Kentucky woman, Celia Ammerman, originally from Cynthiana, placed in the final four on Top Model last season. Kirkpatrick, who is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, competes against other petite models in Cycle 13, where the hook is that all the women are shorter than 5-foot-7. The buzz around Stanford is that Kirkpatrick took the top prize, but The CW won't tell and Kirkpatrick is not allowed to say until after the finale, scheduled to air Nov. 18. But she can answer some questions via e-mail. Here's Kirkpatrick's take on sweet tea, life on the show and her grandma's love of sexy clothing. ( Laura adorableness under here! ) |

Whitney branches out Whitney Thompson Launches Supermodel Line of Candles & JewelryJACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Whitney Thompson is back home in Neptune Beach. As much as she's taking a breather with her family and close friends, she's still business. In fact, America's Next Top Model is starting a business. Thompson plans to sell a line of jewelry and scented candles. The wax from the candles can be used as a massage moisturizer. The new adventure is very personal. "My designs, my candles, my jewelry, all of it is 100 percent me," said Thompson, from the comfort of Jaffi's, the boutique in Neptune Beach where her modeling career began. The candles come in a variety of scents. The names read like her monthly travel itinerary: Hong Kong Blossoms; London Hot Tea and Ginger; Los Angeles Lilly; Milan Melon; Paris and Berries; and Central Park. Oh, and there's also a candle called Boyfriend's Shirt. Thompson says it's something that the man in your life might like. The man in her life goes to Jacksonville University. His name is Logan Chipperfield. He's a punter. Even ESPN is tracking his stats. Most of the products are made on the First Coast. The jewelry is made by hand by a friend in Tennessee. Everything goes through her. "Everything is literally touched by my hands," said Thompson. "It's all me. They're my babies. I love them." ( Read more... ) |
